WITHIN AUSTRALIA

As our bandana bibs, infinity scarves and non-lined bloomers weigh very little, and we want to keep shipping costs low, so we send these as standard letters via Australia Post. This does not include tracking or insurance. 

All other items are shipped via Australia Parcel Post and shipping prices are calculated by weight and size. 

We have found Australia Post to be very reliable. However, we take no responsibility for items lost by Austalia Post. If you would like your items to arrive faster, then choose the Express Post Australia option before you checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We send all our items via Air Mail from Sydney, Australia. This does not include tracking or insurance. 

If you would like your items to be tracked, then choose the International Tracking option before you checkout. This does not apply to ALL countries, some countries only offer signature on delivery. If tracking is not purchased, we take no responsibility for any lost items.
